He called back same day and I scheduled him to come by my apartment the next morning. He was able to fix my dryer quickly and recommended that I have property management replace the outlet to prevent the problem from happening again. The price was very reasonable, cheaper than I was expecting.

Mike Hawkins is amazing! Called about replacing my blown thermal fuse in my dryer at 1pm and came at 3 pm same day. Took no more than 15 minutes and he gave me a great price.

I found my oven needed a repair on Black Friday. It was early afternoon when I reached Hawkins Appliance Service... And I honestly didn't think any appliance repair would be able to help on the day after Thanksgiving, but Mike was able to have the oven repaired within just a couple of hours of my call.

2 months ago, called Hawkins Appliance on Monday morning and Mike was able to in Monday afternoon. He diagnosed my washer had a broken pump. Said he could return with part Tuesday afternoon. The service call and the price for the part was very reasonable! On top of that Mike was a very nice man!
